We make sure that each applicant must go through a strict hiring process that includes multiple interviews, background checks, and screenings. Once they have been hired, the newly hired employees will then undergo further training and more to improve their skills.
Dr. Jason Watt
Medical Director | Hospitalist | Primary Care & Addiction Medicine
At Access Health Physician Services, Dr. Jason Watt is committed to providing compassionate, comprehensive healthcare for individuals and families throughout the Treasure Coast. As a board-certified Family Medicine physician with over a decade of experience, he specializes in primary care, hospital medicine, chronic disease management, hospice care, and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for substance use disorders.
Dr. Watt serves as Medical Director of Affinity Hospice and continues to care for patients in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient settings, allowing him to provide seamless, coordinated care across every stage of life. His mission is simple: deliver personalized, evidence-based healthcare that treats the whole person—not just the diagnosis.
Originally from Jamaica and raised in South Florida, Dr. Watt earned his Bachelor of Science from Oakwood University before pursuing biomedical engineering studies at the University of Miami. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the American University of the Caribbean, completed clinical training affiliated with UCLA, and finished his Family Medicine residency at Louisiana State University in New Orleans.

Samantha G. Carlson
Office Manager | Nursing Home Coordinator
With a strong background in administrative leadership and healthcare coordination, Sam serves as both Office Manager and Nursing Home Coordinator. She oversees daily office operations while ensuring seamless communication between staff, residents, and families. As a certified phlebotomist, she also brings valuable clinical knowledge and hands-on healthcare experience to her role, enhancing the quality of care and support provided. Sam is dedicated to enhancing resident experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service and compliance. When Sam isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and going out on the airboat.
Tonya Machado
Originally, I am from Indiana where I was born and raised. Then I moved to Florida for my Nursing Degree and from there to New York City where I worked as a school nurse. I returned to sunny Florida in 2011 where I worked in medical surgical hospital nursing at HCA and Martin Health Systems (now Cleveland Clinic). I graduated from Florida Atlantic University with my master’s as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2015 and became board certified with the AANP. From there I worked visiting patients in their homes and at New Horizons of the Treasure Coast. I began working with Access Health Physician Services in 2019.
Dana Wilson
Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Dana became a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in 2005. She holds an Associate of Science degree in Medical Assisting and Phlebotomy which she attained from Keiser University in 2013. She graduated from Fortis University in 2016 as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). She has worked in healthcare for over 15 years and has experience with Alzheimer and Dementia patients. She has been working at Access Health Physician Services since 2016 and plays a vital role in its daily operations. Dana enjoys spending her days off having fun with family, traveling, watching movies and enjoying life!
Teri Sauter
Back Office Manager
Teri is our Back Office Manager at Access Health Physician Services. Teri plays a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. Teri has been with AHPS since 2019, known around the office as the “insurance wiz” with over 20 years of insurance experience. Teri manages pre-authorizations, referrals, medical marijuana certifications, and more. Teri likes to spend her free time reading, spending time with her family, and her dogs.
Nicole Beiser
Nicole Beiser, APRN is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in Internal Medicine and Medication Assisted Treatment. Nicole completed the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Florida Atlantic University where she also received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Nursing.
In 2008, Nicole started her nursing career at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center as a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical/Surgical and Orthopedic nursing. Nicole started her Nurse Practitioner career in Fort Myers, FL, working as a hospitalist for Cape Coral Hospitalists. In 2019, Nicole relocated back to Port St. Lucie, where she continued her career and began working for Access Health. She also currently works at New Horizons of the Treasure Coast offering medication assisted treatment and inpatient medical services.
Nicole is married and has two children. They enjoy boating, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
